"We stayed here for a weekend break, with 3 adults, a 4 year old and 19m old. Communication with jenny and Iain was fantastic from the booking to check out. Check in was really straightforward and we were welcomed with a few gifts and personal note. The accommodation was clean, spacious and homely. They provided us with a travel cot and mattress, high chair, kids tablewear/cutlery, toys and games. All the beds were comfy, the location is quiet and peaceful we all slept really well."

Quiet area in beautiful part of New Forest. Walks straight from the door into the forest. Good local amenities in the village within walking distance. "Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect"

"This was our second holiday here and it was just as good as the first. We spent a lot of time reading in the lounge, watching the tide come in and out, and the shipping on the Southampton Water. The house is as described, but much better than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable with plenty of seating for six people, both in the lounge and the dining area. The galley kitchen is narrow, but perfectly functional. The stairs to the top bedroom are a bit steep, but there are sturdy...

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed Twyford and nearby Winchester the most during our holiday. The barn is also well positioned to a wonderful trail head. We traveled all over southern England from the barn. We highly recommend."
