Great hotel. Staff were good but let down with restaurant weekend staff that could have done more. I kinda felt they didn't make an effort asking a colleague or finding out to andwer my questions instead of just saying "I don't know"
Got my simple request wrong 3 times which was a shame. In the end I didn't insist anymore as I felt will just add to my stress.

Quaint, but without all the downsides that quaint can be in England,--highly recommend. Staff was great, food and service very good. Only 'bug' was having to carry bags up 3 floors to room.....again highly recommend
