For price o had expected an hotel more smart, higher end interior decor etc . Bedrooms were ok but stairs and communal spaces bit shabby and in need of attention. Stair carpets appeared dirty and stained. No lift available, which I hadn’t realised on booking, and no staff assistance offered to help take suitcases up the stairs .
Was surprised it was serve yourself hot drinks from machine at breakfast, and the breakfast buffet not great for vegetarians . More vegetarian options were available on the pay extra menu, which again I hadn’t realised would be needed when had booked and paid for breakfast .
Very poor night sleep due to neighbouring fireworks (not hotel’s fault), but was kept awake by other guests at an event congregating below my window to watch fireworks and chat into early hours .
A previous guest had also set an alarm on the smart radio in the room which went off at 6 am .
On the whole I was very disappointed for the price .
Plus point was a lovely receptionist called Mandy who listened to my gripe about the noise and the alarm in bedroom going off . She said a manager would be in touch but sadly that has not happened .

Excellent location, lovely grounds at rear with direct access to the forest. Downstairs corridor to room clearly being refurbished but general public area good.
Would definitely stay again.

The code sent by the company did not work. Had to communicate via Orbitz to get it settled. It ended up taking 30+ minutes before we could get in the door.
There was only ONE washcloth for our family of four and the bath towels were small. Air conditioning was to open the windows. While the apartment was nice, I would not recommend.
