"The staff was super sweet! We had to check in super late after a flight, and they were incredibly accommodating. No AC in late June in London was a little rough, but they were lovely to set two fans in the room for us and have the window and door open for air flow before we got in. Solid experience overall. "

Just was the old breakfast menu in the tools which you had at the sister hotel down the road .. was looking forwards to the full English but only continental available .. which to be fair was real nice .. just thought was worth a mention. .. would stay again for sure!
