"Lovely old property, lots of character and charm. Staff are friendly and welcoming, some I feel are under pressure from senior management, It feels like they are short staffed. Which adds pressure to the rest. But they cope with a smile. Be nice to see more staff which would definitely increase the customer experience and enjoyment. Word of mouth is the biggest compliment to any business. Thank you to all the staff on the front line."

Everything here that was needed, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and food were superb and again the staff were great. Couldn't fault this place for a first visit.
