"This apartment is of the very highest standard. Beautifully decorated, with everything you would ever need! The location is 2 mins walk to the town or beach. Although there is no parking at the property, there was lots of parking 1 min walk away. Highly recommended!"

Cosy cottage in a good location
"Lovely old cottage, furnished well with a nice kitchen having everything you need for eating in (except for a sieve or collander). Clay tiles on ground floor make the floor cold so bring slippers in low season. Some very low beams so tall people beware. Couldn't light the gas fire though. Surprised ..."

28 Aug 2019Frinton on Sea is a really relaxed uncommercialised seaside location. We attended a family wedding at the Tennis Club which was a 5 minute walk from this B&B which was also an excellent venue.

8 Jul 2019Frinton-on-Sea is indeed a lovely resort featuring clean sandy beaches, interesting walks, views, and theatre plus perfect weather.. perfect for a long or short breaks. We look forward to.returning again soon.

28 Feb 2019Lovely beaches, clean. Nice town with shops and restaurants. Jazz night in an Italian style restaurant was a bonus and a community swing band concert in full flow in the local church. If we'd known we'd have bought tickets but it wasn't publicised.
