What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Perfect little rooms! The only issue is the wait for the elevator.

Great hotel, amazing details throughout and first class service. Rooms are small but it is Tokyo, facilities, services (all the bathroom amenities you need, toothbrushes, shavers, etc. And free bottles of water and coffee, etc everyday) are excellent. The concierge staff is very helpful and communication in English is easy. They've been very helpful with sorting out the luggage transfer for us to Osaka. They're breakfast is amazing as well!

Location

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. It was in a great location in a quiet neighbourhood, which suited us. It was a two minute walk from Gaiemmae metro station which is on the very handy Ginza line. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our questions and phoned onward hotels for us when we had questions. The room was clean and had excellent amenities. Thoroughly recommend!

Excellent place to stay, easy to check in and out

Staff brilliant location even better most comfortable bed I have had among my many trips to Japan small scuffs and bits of wallpaper peeling here and there but that doesn’t take away from how comfortable and safe I felt as a solo female traveler in this hotel I would highly recommend it

Good views of the city

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

I think I’ll stay here every time I travel to Tokyo. The location was perfect, the room was very spacious with breathtaking views. Great transport links to the underground metro and the swanky yarikamome line. It’s more on the 5 star side than 4 star. Will definitely be back.
