We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries.

A delightful chalet high up from the town with spectacular mountain views and fresh alpine air. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious with homemade jams and cake to compliment the croissants and rolls. Local meat and cheese too. We walked down to the town for delicious pizza in the evening.

Loved our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The shuttle service from the train station was so helpful when we arrived (messaged beforehand). We also loved the breakfast and sauna.

We really enjoined our stay at this property. The personnel is very nice, rooms very clean and conformable and breakfast is great. Just 7 minutes walk to Matterhorn-Express, the hotel is very central but quiet at the same time.

This hotel was everything I dreamed. The rooms were stunning, beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony on the second floor. Breakfast and our evening meal in the restaurant were both lovely, with a wide choice for breakfast options. We enjoyed some time in the indoor pool and spa. A couple of minutes walk from the rail link to Zermatt .Chargeable parking under hotel. Nice draught beer. Nice bedrooms.

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate a special birthday. The staff, hotel and restaurant were first class and went out of their way to make our experience special. We took a taxi to Zermaat from a nearby town and the hotel sent a horse and carriage to collect us. The location of the hotel was fantastic for the wonderful town and for views of the Matterhorn from our room. Stayed in a family room with an awesome view of matterhorn from the balcony. Room was big by swiss standards and the bathroom was also nice with natural light from rooftop. Breakfast is also very good. The spa and swimming pool facility is also superb. Staff was helpful and infact also got my broken bag handle repaired thus saving me the headache of going to town to find a repair shop. Will definitely stay here next time.
