Sophie patiently waited for us and other guests arriving for a late check in. She was so lovely that once we got to our room, we decided we wanted to stay for a second night so Sophie moved us to another room so we could spend both nights in the same room. She kindly gave us ice from the restaurant which was closed upon request.
