"Lovely friendly staff and a clean and functional room. Perfect for our stay on the Kensington area of London, close to all the local museums and points of interest. The room was great, spacious and comfortable with minimal road noise from the buy road outside. Restaurant offers a good breakfast as well. Being gluten free it was nice to see a dedicated gluten free station with covered bread and pre packaged cereals. A lot of the buffet items were gluten free too, just wish the sausages were as well! Have stayed before and will stay again."

"A handy stay for flights from T4 at LHR and easy walk through connecting bridge to the terminal so keeps you dry in bad weather. Room was adequate but a little worn in places. Breakfast was good and a nice inclusion for all stays."
