"At first, the room was very unsuitable: it faced the inner courtyard with a 24/7 source of noise: the enormous air conditioning system. Changing rooms was no problem. The new room was tasteful, sufficiently large and very clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout."

It was too small and therefore very uncomfortable. Previously, we have always had a really nice, comfortable bathroom in our room so this was a big disappointment.
