"Great hotel. Centrally located in the town close to amenities and ferry port."

"Loved my stay"

"Ok room, bathroom looks old and tired but works adequately. It’s an old building so don’t expect luxury but all was ok. Good breakfast and helpful staff."

"A fabulous hotel that goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Extremely doggy friendly, with separate zones for guests unaccompanied by their 4 legged companions. Direct access to the beach, Ayshire Coastland Path further enhance the experience. I would definitely highly recommend The Waterside Hotel. Thank you"

"A great place - stayed in the cabins and they’re beautiful with the hot tub. Great stay - really good facilities - breakfast is a bit average but other than that great!"

"We found everything at the resort to be excellent. We did not have time to take advantage of the pools and exercise equipment, nor some of the other facilities available. The restaurant buffet breakfasts were superb. However, we did not like the burgers, which were required by law to be well done."

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were great and the food was lovely. Didn't get a chance to check out the amenities."
