Everything was perfect. Clean and nicely decorated hotel with good quality amenities, toiletries and in room facilities. Food was lovely and there was a good pool and gym. They put some nice treats in the room for my birthday. The service was outstanding and made the stay special.

Clean, cozy & spacious studio with a well-equipped kitchen. Peaceful neighbourhood. Centrally located with good accessibility. Polite and friendly staff. Worth the price.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

A beautiful building, very tastefully decorated and furnished, staff could not do enough for us. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel ...1 of the best breakfasts

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

The room wss lovely. Free upgrsde to a river view. Only 10-15 mins walk from the tube 20 minutes walk on the riverside to the London eye. Near to the house of parliament. There was a floating bar across the road which was definitely worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked. In. Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Greaqt room and good service with excellent staff

Great staff. We mentined it was our anniversary on arrival at 1am (in passing) and next day returned to find a free bottle of champagne and signed card. A really nice touch. Staff were really helpful and friendly and hotel was really great quality. A fantastic place.

After spending 3 nights in a 4.4 Expedia rated hotel in Kensington where we greeted with unchanged bed sheets, stained matresses, and more, we left and went to the Andaz. Here, you can shower well, the beds are immaculate and there is a tube station right next to the hotel. This is definetively where we will stay next time. Thank you, Andaz!

Really kind and welcoming staff, lovely hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Holmes hotel where a lot of thought has clearlt gone into quirky details and Sherlock Holmes themed decor.We particularly appreciated the nice touch of the sherlock holmes books for our two boys.
