"We came in from a cruise and tried to check in 6 hours early. Our room wasn't ready that early (of course). But they allowed us to drop off our bags and took our number to call when available. Amazingly, they called in an hour. We were able to check in a whopping 5 hours early. Without an extra fee or anything, how awesome is that? We had amazing customer service the whole stay. The hotel only has 80 something rooms. We always felt like their only customer, yet the hotel was sold out. ...
