Our room was in the provincial suites, with direct access to the amazing outdoor swimming pool. A second, indoor pool with a serious waterslide and hot tub was close by. The in-house restaurant CHOP was excellent as well. I would not recommend going to the Denny's."

"I thought that the property was as well maintained as could be expected, it is an older building that churns through a lot of guests. Our room was not in the main building and was clean , large, and comfortable. The hot springs are the star of the show and they are fantastic. We used the adult pool during the day and everyone enjoyed themselves. We didn't have the peaceful relaxing time that we were hoping for during the late evening in the so called quite zone time. Our first night had two drunken adult males wrestling each other in the Jacuzzi. Security nowhere to be found so we cut our night short and left. Second night was worse, a self professed "gangster" and his buddy were yelling and having a belly flop competition in the big pool. Again no security at the pool or even observing all of this via camera. I spoke with this wangster to settle down and he did somewhat but by then it was threatening and unpleasant so we again called it a night and left. I think the low prices attract the wrong kind of crowd, I would rather spend more and stay at place without so many lowlifes."

"We asked to be upgraded because the room allocated was looking tired and gloomy. The staff did upgrade us to a new renovated room which was excellent. This made our stay perfect."

"We had a bust, booking a place with another site, & could not stay there. I found the Parker nearby, walked there & booked them, they drove me back to collect our luggage & my partner. Everyone there did an excellent job of helping us to see what we wanted in Vancouver, & the best, and cheapest way to do that. Their room & facilities were perfect. On checkout day, our flight out was long after checkout time, They let us store luggage there, while we did more sightseeing. We returned & they got us good transportation to the airport. All were friendly, helpful, & did more than they had to do. If/when I return to Vancouver, I will definitely stay there again."
