The staff were extremely welcoming and were very approachable. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was always clean whenever they had been in. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it. I had the king size bed which was extremely comfortable! One of the best hotel beds I have ever stayed in and would go back for that alone!
The Dyson hairdryer wasn't included in my room which I was gutted about, but I guess you can't have everything!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at the Pan Pacific Vancouver and only wish we’d had longer to enjoy the hotel!
We arrived a little early at around 3pm, so our room wasn’t quite ready yet as check-in was from 4pm. When we returned later that evening, we were absolutely delighted to find that we’d been upgraded to a stunning harbour view room. The view was gorgeous and the room itself was beautiful — it really made our short stay feel special.

This hotel is in a great location - an easy walk to the Aquabus over to Granville Island and a fairly direct route to English Bay and then on to Stanley Park. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. The room was a good size and the facilities were great - a full-size fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The decor throughout the hotel is quite old-fashioned and in need of updating; our room was quite dark but could be...

We arrived at the hotel off a cruise ship around 9am - well before the official check in time. However, the staff allowed us to move in to our room immediately: a kindness much appreciated by my wife who was feeling rather unwell.
While she rested, I found much of interest as I wandered around the neighborhood and was impressed with the quality and scale of amenities there.
With the SkyTrain station only a block away, I think this would be a great base for visiting Vancouver.
