We received a friendly welcome in the stunning reception area, and they stored our luggage until check-in time, whilst we had lovely afternoon tea I'd booked prior to arrival. Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. I stayed 3 night ( Sun-Wed ) In Warehouse K was nice and quite a bit cold one night but there was a electric radiator in the room so that solved the problem. Very friendly reception staff specially Olena who checked me in and checked me out , also stored my luggage after the check out as I needed a bit more time to see the Tower Bridge.
