THe hotel staff were lovely. Aside from the breakfast older male staff member who snickered when I asked him to take a photograph (and he took 1 fuzzy one at that!).
The location is pretty good.
The pillows are comfortable
The airconditioning is noisy and not cold enough
The bed smells funny.
The toiletries are not great. There is no conditioner, no shaving kit, no shower cap, toothbrush etc etc.
There is no complimentary water
The toiletries are stocked not daily.
I found a cockroach in my bathroom, after calling front desk I was told that they would come upstairs to check the room. 20minutes of waiting later I called again. THe lady said she was "too busy" to check and apologized. After flying for 16 hours I was pretty disappointed overall with NH.

The minibus to the hotel was quick & fast as it took us to the hotel would recommend as it only cost €36 for return tickets for the both of us. The hotel was in a good location although first impression was that it was a bit of a seedy district. But everything that we wanted to see was within walking distance, turn right out of the hotel head towards the river and turn left towards the chain bridge, and all the posh hotels & area. Different prices at the posh area , and City Ring offers good value for the money re room rates. The pub next door is a joy for drinks and just to hang out.
"Good hotel, informative staff, close to bus lines!"
We stayed for 4 nights and even paid for an extended stay with no problem. The hotel is close to buses/trams/metro lines that can take you all over the city. We never needed a taxi. The hotel staff is marvelous - very helpful and knowledgeable. We would recommend the Danubius to our friends.
Spent a night just wanted to be closer to town center and fully surprised by this cheap and very centralised hotel. Room is clean and spacious, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended to those who like to stroll around city center.

We recently had a family reunion weekend and reserved four rooms/studios in the Adina Apartment Hotel in Budapest. It provided a great location with superb amenities to catch up with family members.
The rooms and the kitchen were spacious, clean, and well furnished. We enjoyed staying in the hotel.
"Good serviced apartment with convenient location"
We really love Chris' very personal customer service, and besides helping us with our luggage, he also provided a map and info on popular locations within Budapest. The apartment is generally clean and comfortable, and is located very near to a metro station. It has a temperature-regulated heater/air-conditioning. The free wi-fi is also appreciated.
The number one downside for us is the fact that big rubbish bins are located right next to the main entrance. So everyday when we go out and come back, we will be greeted with a rather unpleasant smell. Other minor quibbles would be that toiletries such as shampoo and body soaps aren't provided so we had to buy them ourselves. Towels and hand soaps are given, thankfully. There were only stairs leading to the apartment, so those with heavy luggages need to be prepared to do some lifting. The wooden flooring though nice, is rather 'creaky' as well, so we were unsure when/if our footsteps are gonna make holes on the floor.
Overall, we still had a positive experience staying here, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable apartment with great location and friendly landlord.

I'd never experienced staying on a boat hotel before, my sister's Spanish name is Fortuna, and I guess I just tend to be drawn to the water, so it seemed an interesting thing to do in a city I'd never been in before. The staff were helpful, breakfast was decent, and the fridge was stocked with a decent selection of drinks and snacks. It's a cozy/no frills type of place, which is what I look for typically. It's not in central Budapest (minimal after-hours noise a plus), so plan on some extra walking unless you rent a bicycle. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when/if i visit the city again, as i hope to.
Budapest’s 13th district is located alongside the river and is predominantly residential and commercial, with many large companies based in the area. The West End City Center on Vaci ut is one of Eastern Europe’s biggest shopping malls, with more than 400 stores.
