When we arrived we noticed it was cold and the boiler wasn’t working, we topped up the boiler and informed the host and they said this was correct and to let us know if it happened again. The host was really quick at responding. Beds were comfy and shower was good too. "

"Unfortunately it was a cold and wet day when we arrived. After climbing a very narrow winding staircase to our apartment - some 40 or so steps - it was disappointing to find that the rooms were very cold as no heating had been switched on in anticipation of our arrival. After switching on the underfloor heating it did begin to warm up, but to add to the frustration this did not appear to work in the main bedroom or the ‘en suite’. A free standing electric heater was provided but wasn’t easy...
