"The cottage could certainly do with some loving care .. it could be amazing It needs someone to give it a good clean and a fresh lick of paint and clean the garden up Although the bathroom is nice and bedding clean… great Wi-Fi … lots of dvds games But the amount of flys in the living room every time I killed them they reappeared!!"

"Lovely cottage in a great location. Perfect for a family of 4 and a small dog. Owner was very helpful with pre arrival advice. We had a great stay!"

"Had a lovely break with my two sisters......shame the hot tub was out of action but Debbie was very knowledgeable and very helpful."

"A bar of soup would certainly be nice. Can't imagine that I would bankrupt anybody to supply soap and shampoo"

"Lovely characterful house. The dog loved the downstairs and we liked the gate at the bottom of the stairs stopping her from coming up. Bathroom is huge and shower was nice in bath. I love the big window sills and steep stairs"

"We have stayed here before two years ago so we’re aware in March it can be cold in the cottage - which it was-so the log burner is a big plus. Kitchenware had a fine layer of dust over it so we had to wash everything before use, which was disappointing. But overall the location, character and charm made up for it with easy access to The Cleveland Way walking trail - which we were doing. Also good bus service."
