I was a bit curious about how going outside in a private courtyard to the bathroom would work, but it was totally fine. Do remember to use bug spray."

"The staff was amazing! Each day you were greeted with a big smile and told to enjoy your day! Each night you were greeted with an even bigger smile and wanted to know about all your adventures. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! We are sad to leave as we met so many people at the hotel (staff) and around the town that became like family! "We loved this hotel and would definitely come back. Daily breakfast was included, the room was beautiful and spacious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You also can park your car for free in the underground parking garage. The only deterrents were that the walls seem thin and you can sometimes hear other guests, and the hotel plays very loud club beat music in the restaurant/pool area starting at 8:30 a.m. and lasting all day. Otherwise it was wonderful, and we will definitely return. "

"A friend of mine and I each got a room here. The rooms were so cool and the beach access is world class. The service is a little short of 2-3 star given that my shower water was not hot, but I sort of didn’t care until the last day when I just wanted a hot shower. The beach is gorgeous, the people working there are super sweet. There was a very nice woman who helped us get a super last min cab out of town and she was super helpful at the desk when our booked shuttle no showed. We took the bus instead which was great and only $20 to Cancun!! We knew about the bus because we may have taken it down but booked a private shuttle instead. The hotel is right next to several beach clubs and inside the park is great you can get the shuttles to the ruins which were so cool. The park offers a lot but you do have to pay to be there daily and strict guards treat it like you are doing something wrong to be there. It’s not very hospitable to have all your stuff searched to find nothing. And they are not nice or welcome you. Quite the opposite. That said-People at the resort were efficient and they work hard. I loved the little pool and the towels. The cabanas on the beach. Super amazing. Gorgeous. I liked a lot of the little beach resorts at the park tho. It’s a very beautiful and special beach area. "
