El agua caliente tarda entre 5 a 7 minutos aprox en salir y luego de abrir un poco el agua fría para temperarla deja de salir agua caliente, aunque lo comenté en recepción y quedaron en revisarlo no lo hicieron. Room was very clean, daily room cleaning. Fast internet, had no problems streaming at high quality. I had a rental car and there was parking inside, however some days it was full and I had to park outside (very safe area). Helpful staff. There is a 24/7 convenience store (Oxxo) next to the hotel, which is nice since there is no refrigerator in the room. Pretty quiet air conditioning and fan. Argued with the staff for 3 hours to get a refund, to which they agreed. When Expedia reached out to them to get permission for a refund they refused them there. The hotel also conveniently had their phone line down for a few days so Expedia couldn’t reach get into contact with them for a while, but internet the internet was working somehow. I know it’s Mexico, but this whole experience was incredibly shady and disappointing. I wouldn’t even consider staying here again if my entire trip was paid for. Tulum overall was fantastic though.
