We had a wonderful stay at The Bulkeley. Overall the hotel was clean, charming and very well located. Our sea view room with a four poster bed was really tastefully decorated, with period features and a modern bathroom. The views out the window were also beautiful when the sun shone! Staff were lovely and the breakfast and coffee served with it was very tasty. I would definitely recommend staying!

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel. Our room was in The Town House. It was large and had everything you need. Comfy bed, lots of sockets, big bathroom with good shower. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Friendly staff. No parking at the hotel but that wasn’t a problem as there is a big car park a short walk away which only cost £6 for 24hours. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay.

The hotel is a sizeable place, nicely decorated and the grounds are well maintained. Website pictures of the rooms are generous... but no complaints. Everywhere clean and tidy, room was comfortable (albeit a wee bit smaller than expected), parking was safe & easy and breakfast delicious. Location is excellent. Beautiful part of the world. The £97 for a nights stay with breakfast inc was good value, and we would definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious athough it was located at the back of the Inn across a beer barrel storage area. The Welsh Breakfast was excellent. The car park was very convenient, as was the situation of the Black Boy.

the staff were very helpful pleasant will be back again

Booked this last minute and were so happy we did. Location is magnificent and with views to die for. We stayed in the cottage which was just perfect for us. Had a fully equipped kitchen that we did not use as we were only for only one night but perfect for anyone staying longer and with small children We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant and are real foodies and love fine dining. Little disappointed with the overall experience. Food prep and quality could be stepped up a notch. ...

We had a great stay here. Probably the best hotel we've ever stayed in

Warm welcome, friendly helpful staff, very enjoyable reasonably priced evening meal. Excellent breakfast. The room on the top floor accessed by a steep staicase, was spacious and very clean, slight downside the mattress was a little tired. The location of the hotel was ideal very close to town centre. Tip. The restaurant is very popular so book a table in advance. Watch out for parking fines, paying by phone does not always work, one guest paid by phone and still got £100 worth of parking...

Loved our stay at the swallow falls inn.Friendly helpful staff.Excellent room and lovely breakfast also.No negatives at all.

Very relaxing stay, very comfortable room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

The Ring Pub & Hotel is set in a very quiet rural location. There is beautiful countryside surrounding it. There is a small caravan park to the rear of the pub. There is ample parking. The pub itself is a character building which has been recently renovated. There is a nice bar area and a side area which I presume normally would be a restaurant and is where breakfast is served. This is all in a clean and modern style. There are only 3 guest rooms as far as I can tell. This makes it a...

Renovation going on at the moment but this did not impact on our stay, except that the room we stayed in needed some tlc. I'm sure that the issues we raised with the lovely staff will be attended to. We were offered another room but were happy to stay with the minor issues.

Excellent, clean and welcoming stay again. Need to book the spa in advance to get the time you want

Have stayed here numerous times , always enjoyable, comfortable and friendly service.

Great hotel with a beautiful view from our room (paid extra for sea view) On a slight hill with a few stairs to access. Ate on site at the Indian restaurant which was delicious. One of the nicest curry’s I’ve ever had. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is limited but we always found a space. There is a car park very close by for £2 a day.
