"The apartment was in a very nice location and was very nicely presented as it was on the ground floor of a former country house which is now in a large city. Which was once part of the kitchen are with many quirky rooms and features such as a Bread oven in the kitchen. It was very comfortable and quite and gave you time to think what some of the rooms were used for originally."

"The apt was below standards and photos are misleading. 1. There are several broken windows in the living room and bedroom with outside air seeping in. 2. Only 2 heaters work in the unit. 3. The hot water is extremely inconsistent and even after careful use we had several ice cold showers. 4. The entrance is in a dark unsanitary alleyway where a restaurant keeps their trash bins. 5. The bed linens had stuff on them. 6. The surrounding area has several bars and the sounds get really really loud...

"The apartment is very nice (if a little run-down and stained) and well-located for the university. There is a lot of space, and the beds are very comfortable, although it is quite hot and there was only one fan. However, all of that was overshadowed by the fact that one bedroom was crawling with bedbugs. It completely ruined our stay, and our trip to Bristol, which we had to cut short, and created a massive headache for us logistically, as well as a lot of anxiety. The managers didn't...
