"5 different members of staff spoke to me from the maintenance man, three of the desk team and two members of staff at breakfast. Felt very very welcomed and genuinely looked after. I usually stay at a Travelodge or a Premier Inn. I will only stay here now. Cleaner, better maintained, more friendly, good room design, useful amenities, handy alcohol vending machine.
