"Amazing location. Clean and tidy, comfortable and roomy. The only issue we had was the drain in the shower didn’t work well at all, would be in the shower for 2 minutes max and the tray would overflow and flood the whole bathroom. Everything else was perfect, bed comfy, black out curtains, kitchen clean and well equipped, we definitely think living room could be arranged better for maximum comfort and relaxing as you cant really watch tv on the sofa without moving furniture. "

"Very central to old town Edinburgh and all it has to offer. Everything is within walking distance or short Uber. The futon in the sitting room was not comfortable and should be another comfy bed. The kitchen could use a few amenities such as an oven baking dish and a small knife. The washer doesn't dry clothes and the drying rack took 2-3 days to dry inside. "Good location, you’re about an alley and 1 turn away from being in the middle of everything. 5mins from the castle. 5 mins from the fountain. Dozens of shops and pubs in the area. Has everything you would need."

"Very accurate description. The view of the castle is fantastic. There are 60 steps up so take that into account. We did have trouble with the heating and the thermostat didn't work. The kitchen is a good size and it was very comfortable for a family of 5. It was within 10ish minutes walking distance of the Royal Mile."
