"Perfect location for the beautiful northern lakes and pennines. Yew Tree Cottage is as shown, beautifully furnished, comfortable, as were the beds and bedding, inc great pillows. Welcome pack of tea coffee milk and delicious home made blueberry muffins. The one thing we needed assistance with the owners were very responsive and resolved that same afternoon (on a BH weekend). "We had a four night stay at Grisedale pike. We found the accommodation to be warm, comfortable, spacious and welcoming with a Christmas tree and lights in the living room. The location is good, close to shops and lovely place to eat. The welcome box for us and a separate welcome box for our dog was appreciated.
