"The hotel bar and restaurant are cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms are a little tired and our tv didn’t work which for a trip away actually wasn’t a bad thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Great location for all local spots in Lichfield."

A weekend to visit our daughter who is at Birmingham University. The room was a little small but cosy and absolutely fulfilled our needs. We were given a top floor room as requested. We arrived at midday but were able to check in straight away. The car park was busy as there was a conference at the hotel that day but we managed to park ok. We dined in the 1900 Restaurant in the evening - the food was presented well and was delicious. Service was great and the lighting and background music...

Very friendly and helpful staffs especially the young man who can speak Cantonese, he gave us some tips for traveling in Birmingham which is very useful!
Cleanliness room having all things we needed; good location with a walking distance to town center and lovely delicious breakfast!
