"This apartment was the perfect find for my first time in Columbia. It is tastefully designed, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There was ample space throughout the apartment. The location was the best within the walls of Cartagena. Plenty of retail, restaurants and shops for any traveler. Finally, Jaime our host was very responsive in prepping us for all stay, providing numerous excursion options. I highly recommend staying here while visiting Cartagena! "

"Before my family and I arrived to the property, Lance was in communication with me to ensure our stay was great. Check-in was seamless, the building was well kept, and the apartment was beautiful. Lance was available to answer any questions I had. We were able to get to the beach, the grocery store, and restaurants easily. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4. Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."
