The reception staff were first class very patient and helpful especially Annie explaining the area and good places to see and best parking. We were only Bed & Breakfast but found the staff cheerful and efficient the breakfast Full English was excellent, All in all a good two night stay."

"The property is a little tired around the edges but was very clean and well presented. For some reason I didn't receive key code through Vrbo app but Christina very quickly responded to my contacting her and provided the needed info. In general the property was quiet, had everything we needed and in a great location for what we were there for. Having use of the garden and being only a short walk to the park behind plus local public footpaths was great given I was travelling with my dog. Local shop, baker, butcher, fish & chip shop plus pub restaurant were within easy walking distance. We were out all day but, for evenings and and any longer time in the property, there is a problem with the TV losing signal and the sofa could definitely do with re-stuffing. It would also be nice to have a small patio area with seating, so as to be able to enjoy the garden space more."

Cottage set in beautiful countryside, very peaceful and relaxing whilst being near to attractions of the East coast. "We had a really lovely long weekend at the Deer Den. Itâ€™s very new, possibly only one guest before us, so everything is gleaming. The renovation is really well done and very tasteful. There are 3 cottages together with a big shared outside space. Great for dogs and for sitting with a coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening of course. Really quiet. We did see a baby deer in the field, and a hare which was exciting.The location is great. We had a couple of lovely days out, and not too far away. Thereâ€™s a big coop only about 10mins away. Definitely recommend the Deer Den. Whatâ€™s not to like!"
