"Wonderful staff! Incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel’s location is great: close to sights, restaurants, and the train station. It would have been nice if the garbage room was easier to find (either marked on a map or the location listed somewhere) and if garbage bags were easier to access. It was kind of odd to have the TV located so far off to the side. I can understand why it was there, though, since the kitchenette took up most of the wall space, but it was hard to see the TV from one side of the bed. We were in an accessible room (not because we needed it, but because it’s what was available at check in). I was pleasantly surprised at the accessible features. In addition to the more common ones (lower peephole on the door and a lower sink), there were also what I assume were emergency cords next to the toilet and in the shower, in case someone could pull if they needed help. This room also connected to the room next door, which I also saw as a plus. "

"Nice and quiet. Very clean. Breakfast was good. Good location-tram stop just across the street. The only negative is that there was no place in the room to unpack my clothes, so would not recommend for a long stay. "

"The rooms were smaller than expected, but they were clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The staff was greater than exceptional. They were accommodating to two weary travelers, and more than helpful in getting transfers and tickets. A very special shoutout to Nina!"

"Hotel was near everything, easy walk to Royal mile, train station, close to hop on hop off bus. Staff very polite and caring, Breakfast..excellent I really can’t say enough, the right place to stay"
