"This hotel is exceptionally clean, professional, helpful, safe, and also friendly. I recommend anyone and everyone who wants to visit Sultanahmet to stay here. I especially love their rooftop restaurant, with an amazing and welcoming staff. It’s extremely beautiful with the view of Aya Sofia, Sultanahmet Mosque, and the bosphurus. The reception staff are always available, and willing to help, with a smile and professional attitude. It was my 4th time in Istanbul, and 2nd time staying at this hotel, and I only recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you for a pleasant stay, and I can’t wait to return when the weather is warm! "

"It is a classy traditional hotel perfectly located in the old town area of Istanbul. Featuring a superb view from the restaurant on the 6th floor, nice rooms, a turkish bath in the basement, and an elegant foyer - it was everything we were looking for during our week-long stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and we would definitely stay at the Sultanhan Hotel again."
