Excellent hotel and location. Very clean and beautiful hotel. It’s walking distance to all main attractions like the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and grand bazaar. The tram is also few steps away. The hotel staff is very nice. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting Istanbul

The Sultanahmet area where The Emerald Mansion is located is a perfect place to stay within easy walking distance to many historical sites or you easily catch the tram or metro to them. There are hundreds of places to eat in the area & some fantastic stores to buy baklava!

Lovely small, friendly hotel in a perfect location for exploring the main historical sites on foot. Literally a 5 min walk to sultanhamet square, blue mosque, haggia sophia and basilica sisterns. Engin and the team were welcoming, attentive and helpful. This was our first trip to Istanbul and Emerald Mansion was the perfect place for our stay. The weather was pretty cold while we were there so we didn’t mind that there was no outside space but this might be more of an issue if visting in warmer months.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (with a special mention for Mustafa). The hotel was in a great location and in close proximity to all of the areas of cultural interest, and the staff were very knowledgeable and offered great advice & suggestions. My stay in this hotel was very pleasant. Stuff is very nice and helpful. I got upgrade for a junior suite for no extra money. Room was very clean and cute. I only stayed one night as I had a flight in the morning. The hotel is in great location to walk to major attractions. I would stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

The moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality that immediately set the tone for our visit. • The team was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. • We were greeted with a comforting cup of apple tea, a thoughtful touch that made us feel instantly at home. • The hotel’s ambiance carries a distinct Turkish charm. • The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes from the train station, making it easy to get around. • The surrounding neighborhood is full of charming shops and excellent restaurants. • One of our favorite moments was enjoying a delicious kebab dinner at a nearby spot recommended by the staff. Our time at Hotel Emerald Mansion was wonderful in every way. The combination of warm hospitality, inviting atmosphere, and a fantastic location made our stay truly memorable.
