The room itself and location are great. However, The advertisement of this properly is misleading as the rooftop bar and restaurant is not in the main building and actual on another street within another building, which is very disappointing and not made clear. Also be prepared to pay inflated prices if you do go to the rooftop bar (equivalent of £15 for one beer and one soft drink). Would recommend finding another hotel which has the rooftop access in the building for the city view.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and you could tell they really take pride in maintaining the property. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and always well prepared. What truly made our experience stand out was the staff. They went above and beyond in every way. Their customer service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They even assisted us with finding a money exchange and helped us get a red transportation card for getting around locally, which made our trip so much easier. A special shout-out to Tarik for his exceptional service—he truly made a difference in our stay! Housekeeping was fast, thorough, and consistently did a fantastic job. Overall, the entire team was incredibly helpful and made us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel—we would definitely stay here again!

The room was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location and elegant furnishings. Breakfast was excellent, served in a lovely rooftop restaurant/terrace. However, the room and bathroom were very poorly lit. The bathroom was so dark I had difficulty putting on makeup and styling my hair. There were no lights over the bathroom mirror. This was very frustrating. If you dropped a contact lens in that bathroom you would never find it again. If you are someone who needs light, this is not the hotel for you. Also, the hairdryer provided by the hotel was very poor. You had to squeeze the handle to get it to work; very difficult for styling hair. I enjoyed so many things about the hotel that I’m sorry to say anything negative but I would not go back for this reason. I need light to function.
