Everything mentioned above, including breakfast and all the hotel's amenities. Of course, the central location with all the main attractions on the European side of Istanbul is also a plus.
rooms were cosy and the hotel was very clean and tidy. all the staff were friendly especially samet :)) really pleased with our stay and the service we received .
Very nice hotel in Istanbul, close to many restaurants and walkable to various locations. Buffet breakfast was good and the room was very spacious. 9/10 stay would recommend!
Turkish bath was an amazing experience, the ladies providing service are amazing and very professional. My husband and I enjoyed our massage. Thank you!
Stuff are very polite and caring . Clean rooms .close to all you need .

Very polite staff. Hotel is in great location just overall outside view is opposite construction site and car park which is not very pleasing.
Tasty and a lot to choose from breakfast.
Downstairs spa area jacuzzi was cold.. steam room not working, juice bar not working, gym was shocking small one machine and looked like ordered from alibaba😂 got room on 6th floor by the lift, horrible. So noisy that felt like you sleep in the corridor no sound proof at all. Loud air-conditioning as well.. good value for money but did not feel like 4 star hotel at all
This was the worst value hotel I have ever stayed at. Although the air conditioning was on, it didn’t work properly, probably due to a lack of coolant. It just emitted a smell without cooling the room. Room was so dark.
The outdoor pool was under construction, so we couldn’t use it on the first day. We used the indoor pool for one day, and my child developed an eye infection. The manager couldn’t remember when the water was last changed and was not very responsive. The staff service was also poor. Only one older staff member provided good service, while the rest were rude and unhelpful.
Pros: The location is good.
I don’t recommend this hotel.
Staffs were rude. Housekeeping they don’t provide water. I literally have to beg for water. Rooms were so small you can’t even walk. Bed is so small. No Iron in the room. No Shampoo or Conditioner in the bathroom. For luggage no proper staff. We had 5 luggages. Need to bring half of them by ourselves to the room.
This is not a 4* hotel. I’d give it a 1.
Breakfast buffet is no buffet. There’s hardly anything there. We’d have to go out to purchase breakfast even though we paid for room with breakfast.
Service was absolutely horrendous. We asked for a rollaway bed but they refused and said there were none and asked me to pay 20 euros for an extra bed - not to mention the tiniest room in which an extra bed would be mean no walking space at all. I then called the manager myself who somehow managed to get the so called non existing rollaway bed into to my room. Note on hotels.com description, it’s mentioned you get free rollaway beds but all
They want us to make money for everything.
Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all!

The only thing I like about the hotel is the location, very close to the Sirkeci Marmaray station. Other than that it was a total disappointment and terrible value for money. In terms of cleanliness I once found a cockroach in my room, I once came to the room and found my pillow with no pillow case and I once found a hair in the cheese plate in the breakfast buffet.
Speaking of the breakfast buffet, it was the most disappointing. I almost went out to get breakfast elsewhere every day of my stay because there is no variety in the buffet and nothing is inviting! The staff are not the warm kind, they might get you what you need but again they might just night.
The room is not small but not spacious, however it’s the dimmest hotel room I’ve ever been to, to the extent that I almost went to buy a lamp to put in the room to brighten it up a little bit.
I wouldn’t stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it.
