It’s not close to public transit which makes it very difficult to get around if you’re not a hardy walker. The beds are very firm and not all Kingsize if that’s important to you. The staff do their best to help solve problems. On the positive side, the breakfast is good, served on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the Bosporus. The spa is fantastic! We were given 2 spa treatments on the house. The Lavender Body Scrub and Massage was amazing. This hotel is a nice 3 star but it doesn’t come close to the 5 star hotels we have stayed in around the world.
