Meticulously restored, and kept up. Excellent service and beautiful public spaces. Some of the rooms have views across the Goldenhorn. Walking distance to the Galata tower, and Istiklal street. Not super convenient for the historic sites of Sultanahmet. But about a mile walk across the Galata bridge ...
Nice hotel to stay. Don’t have too big expectations for a 4 star hotel in Turkey. All 4 stars hotels are quite ok. If you want luxury you will need 5 stars. If you want decent condition 4*. Less than 4*... depends how lucky you are. This Hotel it is 4* on Turkey standards and it deserves them. Location ...

This hotel was perfectly situated to visit all the main sights of Istanbul. it is situated in a quiet, traffic free, old city with several eating places nearby too. As it was Ramadan the hotel was very quiet. as were most of the restaurants. however that was a bonus for us!!

The hotel is steps away from the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, about 5 minutes from the Hagia Sofia, and about 15 minutes from the spice bazaar and Topkapi palace areas. Most importantly, the staff ...

Hotel looked new and service staff was good. Room was clean. Only 2 stations away to places like Haga Sophia and Blue mosque and 5-10 minutes walking distance to Grand Bazaar. Tram Station is just outside the hotel. Only small drawback is they did not allow outside food inside hotel.
