The location, helpful staff, quality of property were all great!
Nice. Bit out of date. But very pleasant. Nice friendly staff
Its beautiful hotel right in the heart of it all...
Location, location, location!!!!... Excellent breakfast. A hotel with charm and history.
Good location nice staff but the room could be updated or use of a nice refresh with some usb port charging by exemple or a clean carpet and a shower with a door like that water won't spill every where and create mold...

Good location close to Taksim Suare. friendly staff, clean hotel. One thing that I didn't like and actually gave a bad first impression is the fur coat store at the entrance where the way they hung the coats on the on the wall did not go well with the image of a 5 star hotel.
it is a very up to date hotel from the lobby, gym to the rooms.
Situated in a got position, nice and easy to walk up the hustle and bustle to Taxim Square and walk down the hustle and bustle to get the tram to tha Galata bridge.
