The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, which is definitely one of its biggest advantages. However, the property is quite old and could use some updates.
We stayed in two connected rooms because we were traveling with children. The layout was convenient, but unfortunately, our children’s room had a strong sewage smell, which made the stay less comfortable. The window faced a wall of another building, so there was very little fresh air and almost no view.
The air conditioning was also quite weak and did not cool the room enough, especially during warm weather.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the condition of the rooms and some comfort issues affected our experience. We would rate this hotel three stars. It may be a good option depending on your budget and expectations, especially if the central location is your priority.

"Beautiful hotel settled in the Besiktas area of Istanbul. Rooms comfortable and clean. Only negative is the service in particular at breakfast, lots of dirty tables and took a while to get a hot drink. Overall nice hotel, not a 5 star hotel due to the service."
