A really great choice, the rooms are lovely and clean. The staff are very hospitable and helpful and the food is amazing.
Been staying there since 2005. Just much worse than it used to be but you can’t be the location for the money. Good value but needs some updating and renovations on the rooms
The cool design of the hotel under the back drop of the Burj Khalifa never got boring. Staff where amazing from the front desk to the pool. Great food and very relaxing. The view from my suite was amazing over looking the fountains and the Burj Khalifa. Brilliant place I’d definitely go back.
Check-in wasn’t the most pleasant. But the hotel staff redeemed themselves the remainder of our stay.
Staff was eager to please. No saucers for tea cups. Would be nice to have cotton balls for makeup removal. Carpet in hallway in need of cleaning.
Charming helpful staff and a nice smart hotel. Nikita on the front desk was particularly helpful and pleasant.
Just a beautiful and luxurious hotel. Highly recommend staying there.
