"Perfect location, 3 mins walk from Tower Hill underground. Staff were friendly and efficient and room was very clean. Lovely touch of cake/chocolate/card with 25% off bar left as we were celebrating a birthday. Rooftop bar really good on the Saturday night with DJ - perfect end to our day. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Will stay here again for our next London trip."

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "
