Good place and good view to the beach , good breakfast options and easy access to the beach and also many restaurants. Only downside for me is the access to parking was very narrow and internet access is not good at the Fromm takes only in reception and few places hence the average rating

Downtown location but just go for room only
Very reasonable ratrs for hotel right in centre of things. Room good but bar and basement restaurant a bit dull and needs modernising. Food in buffet unlabelled and not many vegetarian choices. Odd layout of food. Premier rooms on top floor have a fridge,dressing gowns and a bottle ofcava thrown in. Swimming pool area improved but doesn't seem to get any sun.h

The playa Concordia had lovely staff, very accommodating and friendly. Whilst it’s a little dated it is a solid family hotel. .The down side internet coverage was non existent in the bedroom. I would definitely use the hotel again and bear that fact in mind

good location
Puerto de la Cruz in the north of the island of Tenerife, the pioneer city of tourism in the Canary Islands was a spa destination popular with genteel Victorian ladies. The town is a charming resort with real character. There are stylish boardwalks, beaches with safe swimming, traditional restaurants, a leafy central plaza, lots of pretty parks and gardens and plenty to see and do. Concordia is located in a central area of Puerto de la Cruz, just 100 metres away from a long black sand beach. The hotel building is old so no one can expect luxuries but is also not expensive. The hotel swimming pool was build when area wasn't crowded by newer buildings so it stays in shade but inspires to spend a lot of time out in water park designed by the well-known Canary Island artist César Manrique.The artificial lake, with some 27,000 cubic metres of sea water, highlights the other four adult pools and three children´s pools. All is beautifully set in an original layout with palms and gragon trees.There are bars, restaurants, stalls and a Casino giving the complex a very special vitality and making it one of the most striking attractions of the whole island. Another worth to do is a trip to El Teide Nation Park and Masca. Mount Teide is a volcano 3,718-metre summit, the highest point in Spain and above sea level in the islands of the Atlantic. Masca is alocated in the northwest at the foot of the Teno Mountains, difficult to reach but worth the journey, picturesque.

very near all fascilites
overall good ,but food choice limited with poor presentation, which has downgrade since our last visit. Get used to the fact Spaniards on holiday do NOT speak quietly!!!!

glamorous webpage not matching real thing
room cleaned sporadically and edges missed, tired décor. mouldy edges in bathroom with cracked vanity sink. staff glum at best and least helpful. no explanations given on how to proceed it was all guess work. lukewarm food served in chaotic disorder refilling dishes and machines slow and often not done. tables reserved in dining room but left empty while people wandered looking for a place to sit. This seemed more to us a 3 star hotel which possibly pays a premium to have a 4 star status. Cold pool by reserved sunbeds, reception staff that speak poor English and do not deliver urgent faxes ( coach pick up times issued to hotel but left in desk). no info on how to operate room ac/heater. slow and old lifts that were disquieting to use

My room was very clean and the staff wonderful and helpful. Although I spoke no Spanish, every effort was made to understand my requests and satisfy them. I felt very much at home even with the other guests who appear to be regulars.

The hotel is well located, has an underground parking. The parking however has extremely narrow driveway, almost impossible to get out. The hotel itself is in a desperate need of renovation. Furniture is old and stained, not up to the 4*. The breakfast has decent choice, but almost no fruit.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo
Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno, camere pulite e spaziose, colazione e cena ok, un consiglio andare a cena non troppo tardi perché si rischia di non trovare tutte le portate che non vengono riassortite. Parcheggio in loco a pagamento(10€al gg.)

Absolutní hotel v Puertu.
Hotel se nachází na jedné z hlavních tříd této části města. Asi 6 min - a jste na veřejné pláži.Hned vedle obrovské místní exotické koupaliště přiléhající k moři. Jezírka, palmy, lehátka, stíněné i volné plochy.Hotel je vzorový. Veden jako jakýkoli dobrý hotel třeba ve Vídni.Hotel září čistotou!Pravidelně a denně se tady uklízí. Chodby se lesknou čistotou. Denně se mění ručníky a doplňuje se mýdlo.Součástí hotelu je venkovní terasa se stolečkama ,pohovkama. Nechybí suity pro hosty ve dvou.Venkovní bazén je denně udržován. V jeho blízkosti je dostatek lehátek. Vedle bazénu ve vnitřní kavárna s příjemnými cenami.Snídaně jsou zde královské. Pravidelně je doplňováno vše co hosté odeberou. Několi druhů kávy a teplé čokolády. Bohatá nabídka domácího pečiva. Snídaně má samozřejmě i teplou stravu. Ovoce? Banány, pomeranče, melouny, ananas.Komunikace s recepcí je vždy bezvadná.Dostali jsme pokoj směrem k moři.Dlouhé hodiny trávíte pohledem jako z Hollywoodu. Záliv, skály, jeskyně. Voda se tříští o skaliska. Po klikaté cestě pořád jezdí auta. V dáli horské osvícené panoráma hor a skal. Ve dne v noci, pořád je na co se dívat.Mraky na obloze vytvářejí neopakovatelná seskupení. Slovem divadlo.Oproti plánu jsme si tady prodloužili pobyt o další týden.

Aceptan mascotas y cobran por ello para tenerlo encerrado en la habitacion porque no puede estar por las instalaciones, deberian de tener zonas adecuadas para disfrutar con ellos. Tambien cobran para poder aparcar en el parking del hotel y mala limpieza, muy decepcionados. ¡NO RECOMENDABLE!

Hôtel pour groupes. Déjeuner genre cafétéria, plat un sur deux vide et aucun membre du personnel ne voulait les remplir. Aliments froids. Chambre qui sentait les égouts, on a demandé de changer de chambre mais impossible. Les renvoies des toilettes et celui de l’évier fonctionnaient mal. Bien situé et garage fermé sous l’hôtel.

Respecto al restaurante, los servicios son Buffet, cada comensal puede elegir lo que prefiere degustar e incluso contamos con cocina en vivo, con diferentes carnes y pescados. Das erste was uns bei der Anreise aufgefallen ist, es gab kein eigenen Parkplatz für Hotelgäste. Es gab zwar eines, kostete aber pro Tag 12 Euro, ein NO GO für das Hotel. Wir (2 Pers.) mit 2 Koffern im Aufzug, Aufzug war dann voll. Es gab 3 Aufzüge (mini) aber für ein Hotel mit mehr als 100 Zimmern nicht akzeptabel. Die Türen Funktionierten nicht gut und teilweise hing der Aufzug bis zu 10 cm unter der Etage. Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Man sah aber den Zimmern an, dass der Zahn der Zeit an diese genagt hatten. Die Zimmer waren aber sauber und die Matratzen waren gut. Wir haben darauf gut geschlafen. Am nächsten morgen (gegen 6-7 Uhr) wurde man automatisch wach. Man roch die Küche im Zimmer und auch auf den Fluren. Das Frühstück Interkontinental. Der Tischservice (abräum Service) unter aller Kanone. Unkoordiniert liefen sie umher und sehr laut. Das nachlegen an den Buffets war sehr schleppend. Mobiliar wackelig und veraltet. Das Personal größtenteils sehr freundlich. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Neujahr und hatten den 24-25 und 31.12.2019 Gala essen. Größten teils nicht genießbar. Normalerweise kommt man in einem gepflegten äußeren zu einen solchen Anlass!?!? Das gute am Hotel wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick vom Balkon auf den Strand von Martianez. Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Was uns noch aufgefallen ist, dass an der Rezeption der "Miguel" (Recepcionista spricht Deutsch) super freundlich zu uns war. Egal welches Anliegen wir hatten oder Fragen er half wo er nur konnte :)

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Meer und das macht Lärm. Gegenüber das Hotel befindet sich einen Bar mit lautem Musik oder Fernsehen. Das Frühstück ist gut mit viel Auswahl. Das Bett ist gut und sauber. Es gibt deutsches Fernsehen.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, pokój przestronny, czysty, obsługa miła. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, ale tragiczne poduszki. Nie dało się spać bez bólu szyi. Każdy pokój ma balkon, ale brak na nich mebli, a w pokoju tylko 1 krzesełko. I na koniec stołówka z wyglądem trochę jak z PRL-u. Śniadania nie porywają. Niby duży wybór, ale raczej słodkich rzeczy, bo np wędliny bardzo kiepskie. Ale ogólnie hotel polecam. Pobyt sympatyczny

UBICACIÓN OPTIMAL
La verdad que los comentarios que leí no eran muy positivos, pero decidí reservar igualmente por el precio favorable. Creo que el nivel corresponde al precio que se paga. Es decir, no se esperen un 4 estrellas de lujo, porqué se acerca más bien a un 3 estrellas, pero las habitaciones se han renovado en casi su totalidad, aunque algunas tenían todavía los baños viejos. Los espacios comunes sí que necesitan una reforma, tipo el restaurante. La comida del desayuno bastante variada y para todos los gustos, pero de calidad regular. Lo mejor de todo, la vista hacia al mar y la ubicación, a dos pasos de la avenida peatonal y de la playa!

No me parece un hotel de 4 estrellas
No hay nevera en las habitaciones y de quererla t la cobran, el wifi no es gratis en las habitaciones, la comida pasable y t cobran la bebida, no nos bañamos en la piscina por q no nos daba buena espina.

Estimado cliente, gracias por sus comentarios. Tanto la nevera como el wifi en las habitaciones, tal y como se informa en todos nuestros canales de venta, son cargos extras. En recepción/hall tenemos wifi gratuito a disposición de los clientes. En cuanto a las bebidas en el restaurante, la media pensión y pensión completa se refiere siempre a la comida, nunca a las bebidas. Nuestra zona de piscina está en perfectas condiciones de uso y disfrute de la misma por lo que no entendemos en comentario referente a esto. Lamentamos no haber satisfecho sus expectativas vacacionales. Estamos mejorando a diario nuestras instalaciones para mejorar nuestros servicios. Saludos

Al llegar sobre las 14:15 cuando la hora de entrada era a las 14:00 nos entregan llaves y al abrir habitación todavía estaba sucia, tuvimos que irnos a dar un paseo y volver mas tarde, el parking del hotel vale 12e diarios, la wifi 6e, la habitación se salía la cisterna y tuvimos un vaso para recoger el agua que se salía, la comida pésima, hasta el agua se pagaba en le desayuno no había ni una jarra con agua, el pan del desayuno del segundo día duro igual que el de la cena, lo único bueno las chicas de la limpieza muy simpáticas y las camas comodas y la ubicación

Contamos con una muy buena relación calidad precio y una ubicación inmejorable. Tanto el parking como el wifi en las habitaciones, son servicios extras del hotel. No estamos exentos de sufrir alguna avería en nuestras instalaciones, pero contamos con el personal adecuado para solventarlas a la mayor brevedad. Estamos en continuas mejoras para ofrecer un mejor servicio por lo que tomamos nota de sus comentarios para seguir mejorando. Saludos

Muy bien situado. Sólo eso.
Estuve hace años en este hotel y era una pena. Volví ahora y la han hecho un lavado de cara, pero nada más. Los ascensores siguen siendo prehistóricos. Son un suplicio, sobre todo en horas punta. Los comedores son un desastre. Falta menaje y el personal raya la mala educación. Las habitaciones las han remozado pero los colchones son insufribles.

Ho appena soggiornato la concordia playa .l hotel si trova vicino alla spiaggia martianez è vicino al lago martianez .la colazione non mi piaceva L aver trovato la marmellata dentro una ciotola grande e non in confezioni piccole mono dose . Il caffè' è il succo erano invece buoni . Avevo anche la cen essendo in mezza pensione e non sono rimasto soddisfatto poiché' era tristemente ripetitiva e la cipolla era sparsa su tante pietanze troppa. Troppo pollo e patatine .poco ricambio sul pesce anche come reintegro sul banco il giorno che c era . La stanza non era male come posizione ero all ultimo piano ovvero il 10. Nel complesso ambienti molto datati e non adatto a giovani .ci sono moltissimi adulti . Hotel troppo datato. Non tornerò'
