Under VRBO standards, listings must be accurate and not misleading. This is a clear violation. Property Not as Described / Below Acceptable Standard The house is old, poorly maintained, with visible cracks and signs of neglect. There were flooding issues, impacting normal use of the property. This does not meet reasonable expectations for a property at this price point. Undisclosed Safety Hazard The stairs are unsafe, particularly for children. "Very nice, clean hotel. The lift doesn’t always come but thankfully it did on the days we moved luggage. Breakfast was simple but very nice, made to order. It’s away from beach and downtown so be prepared to get taxis (uber or local). Otherwise very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. "
