Good clean room, great views, friendly and helpful staff

Absolutely lovely hotel, and lovely staff. Great facilities and extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was great, free cookies were also delicious

Great stay,clean room,very comfortable bed,great.

An enjoyable nights stay. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

We would definitely stay again. Room was very well equipped & spacious. Only two things letting it down. Black mould in the shower (wasn’t loads but noticeable straight away) needs keeping on to off. Then I dropped my ring and went under the bed… the build up of dust was crazy - obviously the bed had not been moved in a very long time. Great hotel in great location, perfect for a short stay

Great hotel & great location

Loved the rooftop pool and fact it had long opening hours was amazing They left Prosecco and a treat as a surprise to make the special birthday weekend even better. Thanks art hotel I’m already googling my return!

Property was very clean and easily accessible by public transport. Great location and friendly staff.

Great location, nice room we had a side view of the docks. The room is a little dated but clean and beds amazing. We had breakfast which was well worth extra money good selection and very tasty.

Fab hotel. Well located. Rooms clean and modern. Staff very friendly.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Lovely staff lovely surroundings good service and lovely room. Roof top bar stunning views and attention staff.

Clean, modern hotel. We had a lovely stay! Great location!

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...
