"Great hotel, great location"

"We only stayed one night, this is a very nice hotel. We had a very spacious and comfy room on the 1st floor. Clean with a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed a nice hot bath at the end of the night. We got the breakfast which was a good deal. I would have gotten a different dish, nothing in particular wrong with the food, I just don’t think I’m a fan of English breakfast style. It’s a bit bland for me, but the service is exceptional. I wish we had stayed here our first two nights in London. I would definitely come back!"

"I loved the quirky design, the excellent location and the compact kitchen. We booked a Locke studio for 2 people for 6 nights. It was compact, but functional with some fun design elements. The bed was a UK King which is a Queen size in some countries. Plenty of room for two! The kitchen is simple but stylish, with a good size fridge. Our room has a washing machine which is always a bonus! The studio didn't have a view, but it was very pleasant. I hate room servicing, so I was happy with this arrangement. They brought us clean towels and extra loo paper when we asked. The location is very central. St Paul’s is accessible via an overpass. There are quite a few stairs but it’s only a 10 minute walk. There is a Sainsbury for grocery items near Mansion house station. Just a 10 minute walk via the overpass with the stairs. If stairs aren’t your thing walk to Blackfriars station, it has a lift! jump on the train to get to most of the main tourist spots. Highly recommended. "
