Please note every single comment is very helpful for us, because your impressions help us to improve our service, as all our staff works very hard every day to offer our guests an unforgettable stay and that’s our main objective.
Regarding your departure day we do regret your disappointment, but we feel the need to clear that all departures indeed can join the all-inclusive services after official check out time is at 12.00 o`clock midday.
We do understand that the situation with late flight can be uncomfortable, but the Hotel is not responsible for late flights or any extra services after check out time. We would like to apologize about the inconveniences caused, but once more please note it is being courtesy of the hotel to let customers still enjoy the facilities and all-incl. services after check-out until pick-up-time and we do regret you have not been aware it.
