Very clean, very friendly service, excellent food choices, quiet (no rowdy people), and on a beautiful sandy beach. We loved it and will be back again to scape the British winter for a week in a beautiful weather and plenty of sun in February.

Another brilliant week in this place!

Superb resort & hotel - it was my second stay in 3 years and it's been amazing again. The food is extraordinary - in quality, choice, creativity - the whole place is spotless, huge props to the cleaners - and my room was utterly divine, on the highest floor level with full sea & beach views. Incredible and restorative break - thank you to all staff for making it fantastic 👏

The hotel is at a nice location with the beach and ocean right in front of it. The room seems well maintained, and there are free water stations everywhere for guests to use. Dinners are very good, and we were pleasantly surprised by the seafood day with high-quality seafoods like lobsters and crabs served at the buffet. The hotel offers various events and workshops everyday, so that everyone can find something for themselves. We especially enjoyed the Spanish fans painting and the soap-making workshops. The hotel app, despite minor design glitches and areas of improvement, was convenient to use during our stay. In terms of the cons, the room did not have one big bed, instead, it's two single beds put together and the beds easily moved. In addition, the plates, bowls and glasses in the main restaurant were always dirty, which significantly impacted the dining experience. This did not improve, unfortunately, despite multiple complaints. The main restaurant lacked style, and the decoration and location did not feel like one of a 5-star hotel. Overall it was a nice experience.

I travelled as a family and had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly - especially with my children. The food was varied and of excellent quality. The only problem I had was with exercise equipment being out of use - but that's a minor thing for an otherwise great stay.

5* hotel with excellent service

A lovely stay at this chilled hotel. Amazing sea views from the pool & terraces. The staff were very friendly & waiter service available to bring your AI freshly made delicious cocktails. The buffet meals had so much choice, you won’t go hungry. Nice entertainment on the terrace every evening with a chilled vibe. The hotel isn’t adult only but it has a chilled adult vibe. The sun beds had lovely comfortable cushions on and there was lots of nice places around the hotel to sit and chill. The spa was nice to visit too and very clean.

Rating: 2/5 – Beautiful Beach, Disappointing Experience Overall This was, unfortunately, one of the more disappointing stays we’ve had. To start with the positive, the beach itself is absolutely beautiful and is easily the highlight of the property. The entertainment team was also a bright spot-they were engaging and did a great job, especially for families. However, beyond that, the experience fell well below expectations. Service overall felt unfriendly and not guest-oriented. While there were a few exceptions, many interactions came across as dismissive rather than helpful. For example, when we asked a simple question about dinner timing to plan around our young children, the response was surprisingly rude. The dining experience was also underwhelming. Food options were very repetitive, and there did not appear to be much effort to accommodate individual needs. Additionally, there were only two restaurants on site, which made the limited and repetitive menu even more noticeable over the course of the stay. Although the beach is stunning, it was disappointing that guests had to pay extra for beach beds rather than having them included. Small details like this added up and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Another inconvenience was the lack of transportation options—there was no readily available or reliable car service to help guests get around, which made things more difficult than expected. Nice hotel maybe good 4 star

The hotel was lovely and well situated. We found the insistence on masks both indoors and out rather surreal although we understand this is a Spanish government requirement. We were disappointed to be refused a late check out after explaining we were gold members.

We normally stay in much smaler hotels, so this was a new experience for us and the review might not be respresentative. For what a large hotel can offer, everything was fine and the personnel even did their best to make the experience more personal. A bit strange was a concept of spaces reserved for "iberostar premium" guests, like those who don't spend certain amount of nights with exactly this chain are second class guests. The beach is really nice though and you can get to most attractions in the southern part of the island quite conveniently.

Decent Hotel - Worst food on the planet, literally

This is a large property with beautiful beaches. Overall maintained well. Staff mostly very good (big shout out to Yolanda at the front desk - she is amazing) with a few exceptions. pools are nice with plenty of space. However this is where the good stuff stops. Unless you book a premium room - you’ll be looking at a ditch with graffiti overlooking a highway and a burger king. The food is some of the worst I’ve ever had. Ever. Food handling procedures are poor. Temps of food are dangerously off. I sadly am writing this having just left the property with the worst food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. Not sure how the restaurant cannot keep hot food hot or cold food cold. No one is checking temps and the quantities of food in the buffet are so large that it doesn’t turn over fast enough leaving food sitting for long periods. Don’t bother with the star prestige at this property. Makes little difference unlike some other iberostar locations. The location is remote with little around so you have no other options for food. The clientele is mostly German and staff speak German and Spanish. Many speak some English - but knowing basic Spanish goes a long way. In summary - nice property if you have the right room - generous beverages - HORRIBLE FOOD

Not at the level of others but great value

Stayed here for four days in January. We were fortunate with the weather. The hotel is on a beautiful beach, there isn't too much around it. Check in wasn't as good as some other Iberostar's of this rating I've stayed at, a little surly and abrupt. Like checking into a Premier Inn. They don't make it clear at all during check in what's included in all inclusive (mini-bar or spa etc) so make sure to ask if they don't as it's confusing. Room was lovely, large TV with movies and Netflix, but has two single beds together, I think most are like this so worth noting if you're a couple. Pools were a touch cold for the time of year but swimable. Staff here are great, bringing round treats and regularly taking drinks orders. Spa is not worth 15 euros pp for two hours (we got a free voucher when booking). It has a lovely warm saltwater pool, but no jacuzzi, steam room smelled bad and wasn't much steam - the sauna just wasn't on at all. We were in there probably half an hour. Gym is good and well equipped. The main buffet restaurant was great, a wide selection of fresh food, some really healthy options, they changed it up every day. Wine was good and in general the waiting staff were brilliant. Japanese restaurant was worthwhile, delicious food and the chefs are very entertaining, however the staff serving were a bit haphazard and didn't quite match the standard of the setting. Entertainment was a bit Butlins, but had a charm that made us smile Great value upscale hotel

I have stayed at many iberostars all over Europe but this one is NOT a 5 stars - Check in: staff was rude, I understand they are under pressure but reception is the face of the hotel and we felt unwelcomed. We did not receive a welcome drink nor a bottle of wine. We were put in a room which we didn’t book overlooking the kids pool and the sunbeds with some sea views in between the sun beds. I booked side sea view and had to show her the options to book in expedia before she believed me. She then gave us set times for breakfast and dinner without asking us which times would suit us best and no words with regards to activities, amenities and or upgrade options were mentioned. Later on after a long travel and after a nap we called to change time of dinner and she was annoyed at us. Customer service is really bad and I am not used to that in iberostar, unfortunately will not let me book again and I am a horizon member. food: breakfast is good, fresh orange juice. Be careful if you book half board as non alcoholic drinks are NOT included during dinner and you pay 3.2 euro’s for a soft drink. amenities: basic, one elevator that takes you down to level 2 and 1 and when that was out of order no one had the decency to update the guests or put a sign on the elevator mentioning it’s not functioning again customer service! Entertainment: good mainly catering for german/english tourists no spanish flavour at all. All in all soulless hotel who needs to educate staff

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Iberostar Fuerteventura Palace. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer. Besonders begeistert hat uns die gepflegte und ruhige Anlage. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und sehr gemütlich – genau das, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Personal. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf guten Service und das Wohl der Gäste gelegt wird. Auch das Essen hat uns überzeugt. Die Auswahl war abwechslungsreich und die Qualität sehr gut. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die entspannte Atmosphäre im Restaurant. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist natürlich ein absolutes Highlight. Wer Ruhe, Erholung, guten Service und eine schöne Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer und rundum schöner Urlaub. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die schöne Zeit!

Muy buena estancia en general. Se nota que es un 5 estrellas en las instalaciones pero las habitaciones necesitan una reforma ya que parecen más un 4* que 5*. Lo mejor sin duda la comida del buffet y el personal del hotel. Actividades divertidas. Buen hotel para tener unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia. Acceso directo a una playa preciosa.
