"This an absolutely lovely hotel in the center of Taormina’s shopping and dining district. The hotel is impeccably clean and full of charm. The staff were exceptional! In addition to being extremely friendly, they are incredibly helpful with information regarding Taormina, including transportation and dining options. The breakfast was excellent with fresh pastries served hot from the oven every day, and fresh squeezed orange juice on demand. The turn down service was also great with fresh towels and room tidying provided daily. I stayed here as a solo traveller for five nights in July 2025, and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in one of the best locations in Taormina. "

"Very old Italian style decor which was unique. The pool area was very pretty with a gorgeous view. Gorgeous views from the terraces as well and from our hotel room (we didn’t even book sea view room). "

"My stay at the Splendid Hotel in Taormina was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to the town center and the cable car that takes you down to the sea. It’s the perfect base to explore everything Taormina has to offer. What truly stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the atmosphere was from the moment I arrived.
