"Convenient for town and free parking nearby. Beds were comfy but there were a few cleanliness issues especially in the Communal hallway. Lacked a few kitchen essentials and we were surprised to be expected to take our rubbish home. That’s simply not practical for most people! "

"We have stayed in many self catering holiday homes over the years, this ranks as one of the best. So clean and modern and nice little touches. Location was excellent, walking distance to shops, bars and eateries. Also 5 mins to beach, from there at low tide you can walk to Ramsgate and Margate. If we are coming back to this lovely part of the UK, we will try and stay here again."

"Wonderful little spot for an escape! The flat itself was lovely - I Ioved the nautical decor and it was so quiet and peaceful. "There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "

"We mentioned it would be our anniversary while we were staying here, and they put us in a wonderful room on the top floor, with “kissing swan” towels and fake rose petals and chocolates on the bed - really above and beyond! Huge picture window with a fabulous view of the city, spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfortable bed (#1criteria), plenty of hot water (#2 criteria), excellent breakfast, nice little bar, very nice lounge area complete with card and board games. Location was ideal, right in the heart of Canterbury, a very walkable small city. Lots of pedestrian-only streets, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs, some very cool old buildings, a huge cathedral, and an old city wall. Lots of charm and history here, and two train stations nearby - easy to London and easy to Dover, an excellent day trip. We spent three weeks in the UK and this was the best place we stayed - practically perfect!"
