"This is a fantastic hotel in the centre of Southend. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a 4 nights stay.We had a couple of issues but l must say the staff were fantastic and the issues were resolved quickly and professionally. If we come back to Southend we would stay at Seven Hotel again."

"We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna. We'd definitely stay again. As long as you're expecting a slightly "chain business hotel" ambience as opposed to a "country house hotel" vibe, you won't be disappointed."

"The room was a good size . beds were clean only problem was chewing gum stain on carpet room 104 can be removed with.chewing gum remover. Breakfast was very good .The staff were brilliant. Didn’t have to pay for car parking if registered or you get a fine come through the post Lovely hotel. Would recommend for car park if staying there"
